So, I normally do not do weddings. For some reason they intimidate me a little-okay a lot. It is not that I am scared to actually take the photos, it’s more what if I get in a freak car accident on the way home and my camera explodes-you just can’t get those images back. You can’t redo a wedding if something freaky happens. I grew up with the Coates family, and when they asked me to photograph Jenna’s wedding, I had a hard time saying no. So I said yes! I am super excited to do this wedding and a little nervous at the same time.
I met up with Jenna and Allen this past weekend to take their engagement photos. I have to admit that it was kind of fun to see Jenna all grown up and getting married. I was really good friends with her older brother growing up and she was always the “little” sister. Not anymore! They are such a cute and fun couple!

I had no idea you did photography. I also didn’t know that you had a blog or two blogs. I barely have the energy for one. Great pics! I will keep you in mind for family photos. I’m sure your camera won’t explode have fun at the wedding.
Linds-SO CUTE! I love all of those pics. I hope they like the one where Allen is looking off into the distance and Jenna is looking right at you! That’s my fav! It shows her ring and everything. But, hey…I’m glad I don’t have to choose, cuz they are ALL good and different!
